Failing at Reality

What is there to say about the insufficiency of "thoughts and prayers" against the mental madness that insists wearing a mask is a burden, while telling our children to wear bullet-proof attire to go to school is "freedom"?Who is dumb enough to wonder why so many young people are depressed and dismayed?
